This Homeowner was suffering from chronic Moisture problems in their crawlspace. When you opened the hatch to the crawlspace a wave of damp and musty air filled your nose. As seen in the pictures as well, there is visible evidence of water. We professionally fixed this issue with a 5 step process. We started by cleaning the crawlspace, then digging trenches for water drainage, then that drainage drains to a sump pump we installed, then we installed a drainage matting on top of the dirt to aid in drainage, then we encapsulated the entire crawlspace to seal it from any moisture! Now they have a Healthier home, more storage space, and they raised the value of there home!
