This home was a remodel. The new homeowners wanted to make sure their new home was as protected as possible. They were also concerned with the health of the home. The contractor working on the home knew crawl space encapsulation would ensure the home's air would be healthy and they wouldn't have to worry about water flooding the crawl space. Our inspector found the crawl space to be very tight but it was no problem for our crews! They got in there and encapsulated the entire crawl space, protecting it for years to come!
