This customer lives in the beautiful area of Half Moon Bay California! Beautiful coast but unfortunately lots of moisture in the air. Moisture in the air can lead to high humidity in the crawl space. High humidity leads to mold growth and rot! This is certainly an issue. Also being 9 months pregnant at the time, she wanted professionals that could make her crawlspace dry and clean. She called us at Clean Crawlspace. We came out and were able to seal the crawl space from most of the outside air and insulate and clean the crawl space.
