A flood in Cazadero, California left Todd R.'s crawlspace a muddy mess. To prevent future flooding and ensure a dry crawlspace, Clean Crawlspace implemented a multi-step solution. First, they installed strategic trenches to divert water away from the foundation and installed Delta matting. Next, a Smartsump pump was placed to remove any remaining water. Finally, the entire crawlspace was encapsulated to create a sealed barrier against moisture. With this comprehensive solution, Todd can now enjoy his Cazadero home with peace of mind.
