I recently inspected my crawl space under my house and noticed that there is something growing that looks like it might be mold or mildew on the wood pieces under the house. It is unclear where the issue is coming from since the soil under the house is usually quite dry in Alameda and I also installed a homemade Moisture Vapor barrier last year.
