Janet Todd of Calistoga, California Had an inspection of their new home after purchasing it. The inspection revealed that there was moisture in the crawl space and major drainage issues, as well as mold growth throughout the entire crawl space. A very dangerous environment for the homeowner's health and for the health of the structure. The inspector referred us at Clean CrawlSpace Inc. because he knew we could take care of all the home's issues.
Shortly after calling us, we were able to send out our inspector Mike Matikovich to assess the crawl space. Mike determined the best thing to do was to first sanitize the crawl space and remove any mold. Then to dig trenching and install a sump pump. The stretching will allow proper drainage to the sump pump. Then lastly to encapsulate the entire crawl space.
Our crews got to work and performed all this work in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job turning this dark, moldy, moist crawl space into a clean, mold-free, and dry crawl space that is so clean you can eat off of!
