This customer had just recently purchased this home to remodel. When they removed the floor they found standing water in there crawlspace! They liked the detailed bid and good pricing our sales rep gave so we got the privilege to fix their crawlspace issues. We sealed the crawlspace from any water by installing drainage to a sump pump, installing a sump pump, and installing a liner to completely encapsulate the crawlspace.

This home is located on a hill and while under a major remodel they noticed that there was water wicking through the soil downhill into there crawlspace making it damp and moist. The homeowner hired us to fix this problem by sealing his crawlspace. By sealing the crawlspace we are able to protect the underneath of the house and the HVAC system in the home. Plus it added to the value of the home!
This homeowner had noticed a musty moldy smell coming from their crawl space. So they decided to investigate, they crawled into the crawl space and found evidence of mold and a couple puddles of water. They were concerned about how this could be impacting their health so they called a plumbing company to come out and take a look. The plumbers found no broken pipes or problems with the plumbing so they recommended the homeowners call us at Clean CrawlSpace Inc. We sent out one of our moisture control specialist to perform a free inspection. We found mold growth due to high humidity. The humidity is caused by the water and warmth of the crawl space. To fix this our moisture control specialist recommended full crawl space encapsulation. The homeowners were excited to solve this issue so they decided to go ahead with our moisture control specialist recommendations. In these pictures, you can see the steps we take to encapsulate. In the before you see our trenching for proper drainage to the sump pump and the sump pump installed. Then we seal it all with the CleanSpace Encapsulation system!
We were called out to inspect this customer's crawlspace for water coming up from the ground and mold. They were concerned about there health because the home had cold air coming up from the crawlspace and mold Forming in the walls. We were able to solve their problem by totally encapsulating the crawlspace and installing a Sump Pump. We also performed mold remediation to remediate the mold in the walls.
