This home is located on a hill and while under a major remodel they noticed that there was water wicking through the soil downhill into there crawlspace making it damp and moist. The homeowner hired us to fix this problem by sealing his crawlspace. By sealing the crawlspace we are able to protect the underneath of the house and the HVAC system in the home. Plus it added to the value of the home!
This homeowner had noticed a musty moldy smell coming from their crawl space. So they decided to investigate, they crawled into the crawl space and found evidence of mold and a couple puddles of water.
